Kilis 7 Aralık University was established by Law No. 5662, published in the Official Gazette on May 29, 2007.
There are several faculties which are Vocational School, Yusuf Şerefoğlu Health Vocational School, Muallim Rıfat Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Literature, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, School of Health Services, Institute of Science and Social Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, School of Physical Education and Sports, Faculty of Theology, Institute of Health Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, School of Tourism and Hotel Management, School of Social Sciences, School of Technical Sciences, Yusuf Şerefoğlu Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Applied Sciences, School of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Communication, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, Alaeddin Yavaşca State Conservatory.
The university conducts educational activities on three campuses: the Central Campus, Karataş Campus, and Mercidabık Campus. It accommodates approximately 13,490 students at the associate, undergraduate, and graduate levels, with a faculty of around 500.
Kilis 7 Aralık University consists of 11 faculties, 2 vocational schools, 1 conservatory, 4 vocational schools, and 1 institute. Additionally, it is a prominent educational institution with facilities such as research and application centers, social, cultural, and sports facilities, a library, and a congress center.
