Ardahan University took its first step towards becoming a global university on May 22, 2008. Continuing on the path of science and knowledge, learning, producing, and sharing, the university aims to develop and find solutions to both the problems of the region and the country as well as the problems of the international community. Ardahan University enriches university life by engaging in various social, cultural, and sports activities, moving away from standardization and towards a dynamic structure. Through social, cultural, and sports events, Ardahan University also revitalizes the places in its region. Various activities are organized during the academic term to encourage our students to take an active role in extracurricular activities and to pass on our artistic and cultural values to future generations. The theater group has the opportunity to showcase the plays prepared throughout the year both within the university and at national and international events. Additionally, our university supports students in sports activities. Various sports events are organized within our university in fields such as boxing, football, volleyball, and skiing.
